Pineapple Cheese Ball

A pineapple infused dish perfect for holiday parties.
Servings: 2 Cups of cheese balls
Course: Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 2 - 8 oz. pkgs. Cream cheese softened
  • 1 - 8 oz. can crushed pineapple drained
  • ¼ cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups chopped pecans

Method
 

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients.
  2. Add 1 cup chopped pecans. Mix well.
  3. Refrigerate until firm, shape into a large ball.
  4. Roll in remaining nuts before serving.
  5. Serve w/crackers.
  6. Refrigerate any leftovers.
