Pineapple Cheese Ball

A pineapple infused dish perfect for holiday parties.
Course Snack
Servings 2 Cups of cheese balls

Ingredients
  

  • 2 - 8 oz. pkgs. Cream cheese softened
  • 1 - 8 oz. can crushed pineapple drained
  • ¼ cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups chopped pecans

Instructions
 

  • Combine first 5 ingredients.
  • Add 1 cup chopped pecans. Mix well.
  • Refrigerate until firm, shape into a large ball.
  • Roll in remaining nuts before serving.
  • Serve w/crackers.
  • Refrigerate any leftovers.
