Jalapeno Popper Chicken

Ingredients
- 1.5-2 lbs chicken breasts or thighs
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 2-3 jalapenos seeded and diced
- ½ cup cooked bacon pieces
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350 and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
- Cut a slit in the top of the chicken to create a pocket for your stuffing.
- In a bowl mix softened cream cheese, ½ cup of cheese (or however much your heart desires), bacon pieces and diced jalapenos until well combined.
- Season your chicken on both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and paper.
- Lay chicken cut side up and fill your pocket with the mixture and top with a little cheese and bacon.
- Bake at 30-40 mins until chicken is done.
