A New Way to Celebrate Teachers
Great teachers do more than lead lessons. They create confidence. They build connections. They spark growth. They help students see what is possible.
The FSIoffice Student Impact Teaching Awards are designed to recognize educators through the lens of student success, including:
- Student growth
- Student engagement
- Classroom transformation
- Leadership development
- School-community impact
- Meaningful stories tied to student outcomes
This program allows FSIoffice to continue honoring educators while telling the story about the difference teachers make every day.
How the Program Works
Beginning in August, teachers will be invited to submit a short essay explaining how they are making a difference in their students’ education.
Submissions should focus on the impact of the educator’s work, including the outcomes, progress, or meaningful changes those efforts have helped create for students.
FSIoffice will select one monthly winner in each award cycle from September through December.
Each monthly winner will receive:
- A $500 grant to use for school supplies
- A prize box of school and office supplies from participating sponsors
- Recognition from FSIoffice
- Eligibility for the year-end grand prize
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for stories that show meaningful student impact. Teachers may share examples such as:
- A classroom project that improved student engagement
- A creative approach that helped students overcome challenges
- A program that encouraged student leadership
- A lesson, initiative, or environment that helped students grow
- A school or community effort that created lasting value for students
This is not about having the biggest classroom or the most expensive project. It is about showing how an educator’s work helped students move forward.
