Hash Brown Casserole

Course Side Dish
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Hash brown potatoes Frozen
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese grated or shredded
- 8 oz. Sour cream
- 1 stick Margarine melted
- 1/4 tsp. Black pepper
- 1/2 cup Finely chopped onion
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
Instructions
- Mix together margarine, salt, pepper, onion, chicken soup, cheese, sour cream.
- Add frozen hashbrown potatoes to mixture and mix together.
- Make sure mixture covers frozen potatoes.
- Pour in a greased 9x13 inch pan
- Back at 375-400 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until brown
