Hash Brown Casserole

A potato side dish you'll love!
Course: Side Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. Hash brown potatoes Frozen
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese grated or shredded
  • 8 oz. Sour cream
  • 1 stick Margarine melted
  • 1/4 tsp. Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Finely chopped onion
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup

Method
 

  1. Mix together margarine, salt, pepper, onion, chicken soup, cheese, sour cream.
  2. Add frozen hashbrown potatoes to mixture and mix together.
  3. Make sure mixture covers frozen potatoes.
  4. Pour in a greased 9x13 inch pan
  5. Back at 375-400 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until brown
