Hash Brown Casserole

  • 2 lbs. Hash brown potatoes Frozen
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese grated or shredded
  • 8 oz. Sour cream
  • 1 stick Margarine melted
  • 1/4 tsp. Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Finely chopped onion
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup


  • Mix together margarine, salt, pepper, onion, chicken soup, cheese, sour cream.
  • Add frozen hashbrown potatoes to mixture and mix together.
  • Make sure mixture covers frozen potatoes.
  • Pour in a greased 9x13 inch pan
  • Back at 375-400 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until brown
